How does the EU General Data Protection Regulation affect the IoT field in Russia? Speaker of the IoT Conference, executive director of the Digital Rights Centre Denis Lukash will delve into the issue on September 25.

Denis Lukash is a lawyer, engineer, and IT expert. He had been working in Roskomnadzor’s administration in the Murmansk Region for 10 years, and held executive positions for more than five years. In 2014, he founded and headed Informpravo.rf, which was later merged with the Digital Rights Centre, a legal firm working in the IT field.
Speaker is an expert in the information law with 13 years of experience. He advises Russian and international projects on legal problems in the IT field.
