Digital hospitals working on smart technologies and self-training AI have already been introduced in some countries. The majority of them takes place in the U. S. Part of them has become commonplace and even is capable of data exchanging with a doctor; there appeared gadgets injecting insulin if needed (for instance, Medtronic Inc). 3D implants in dentistry
3D printing is becoming increasingly popular in prosthetics, particularly joints, bones, and teeth. This very technology is applied to print organs needed for training operations and qualifications upgrading. Bones 3D prototypes are also created for testing anti-arthritis drugs.

Each doctor has a rigidly defined package of organs and disease simulators.
Training operations and diagnostics require special equipment that records the patients’ health state, their reaction to medical maneuvers as well as analyses mistakes. Services of the medical cluster will become available to Russian doctors in September 2018.

VR exercise machines are made for both doctors and patients. The latter use them for rehabilitation after severe strokes that caused brain damages.
